Rebeca has also been responsible for managing all of INSPIR3’s records to date, as well as filing appropriate paperwork and developing relationships with outside companies and community organizations.

Both degrees afforded her a diverse background and allowed her to bring a different perspective, creativity and critical thinking skills to INSPIR3’s team. During her time as a graduate student, Rebeca also taught undergraduate chemistry labs and fully ascribes to and supports the vital need quality educational training plays in the future of our students. Rebeca has been primary author on one peer-reviewed paper and contributing author on two upcoming papers.
Currently, Rebeca works full-time in an organic chemistry lab at UNLV while pursuing her latest educational goal, obtaining an MBA in Healthcare Management at Lee Business School. Upon completion and successful funding of INSPIR3, Rebeca hopes to use her experience and educational attainment to help facilitate INSPIR3’s goals and mission. She has a strong desire to bring mental wellness to Nevada and is never satisfied with simply going through the motions. Rebeca lives by the following motto,
“Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.”
