Michelle McGuire, PsyD
Dr. Michelle McGuire is a Nevada Licensed Psychologist. She has a diverse background working with a number of different populations, including developmental and intellectual disabilities, serious mental illness, and chemical dependency. She has provided individual, group, couples and family therapy to children as young as 4 and elders well into their 80’s across a variety of settings: private practice, community agencies, residential programs, inpatient and outpatient programs, and a federal prison. She has provided supervision to student interns and other professionals for over ten years. She is adept in the utilization of psychological testing for individuals, organizations, courts, and educational systems.
Currently she is the Clinical Director of Creative Behavioral Connections providing neuropsychological testing and oversight of treatment services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders. She teaches for the University of Phoenix in the Master’s in Counseling Program and is the Lead Faculty Area Chair for the Psychology and Counseling programs.
