One of the biggest questions I get about meditation is from my atheist and secular friends that believe that mindfulness meditation is only for religious/spiritual pursuits. Nothing could be further from the truth! Mindfulness meditation is for everyone regardless of your belief or non-belief.
Here is a video that is well worth the less than five minutes it takes to watch. It talks about how meditation changes your brain in beneficial ways. That is just one benefit of mindfulness meditation, but it is one great example of how anyone regardless of belief or non-belief can use this practice in feel happier, more alive, and more focused.
