INSPIR3 intends to act as a future mental health professional training center by adopting the use of graduate and post-graduate interns in its therapy, social work, educational training, and psychological testing departments. In addition to the experience and education associated with working at INSPIR3, interns will also be able to utilize treatment hours in support of licensure requirements and other certifications. All interns will be supervised, per state requirements, by a licensed professional, who will monitor treatment sessions, as well as provide mentorship to interns on a one-on-one basis. INSPIR3’s custom-built facility will cater to training interns by building rooms in which supervisors can monitor sessions as they happen, while video recording will allow playback for training purposes. INSPIR3’s commitment and dedication to the latest treatment modalities, technology, and research will support the comprehensive education of interns, as well as provide them with opportunities for specialization in topics such as trauma, child therapy, addictions, post-traumatic stress, and other training focuses.
